iSteel is the personal site of Stelios Eleftheriadis. It is not a commercial activity of Kazepi Group like the retail, food or technology brands: it is his own presence, his writing and the framing of his consulting work.

Within Kazepi Group he holds the role of Group CTO & Digital Architect: technology leadership, process analysis and systems architecture. Ownership of the Group belongs to Maria Kazepi.

An electronics engineer, entrepreneur since 2002 and on SoftOne since 2005, with 500+ installations across Greece. He founded Steel.gr (2002) and Connectoras (2008), recognised as Best Vertical Solution for SoftOne, 2018.

He works where ERP, process automation and AI that executes — not merely answers — meet. His philosophy: “People think. Systems know.” A system is an investment with a payback, not an expense.

Solutions are delivered by Steel.gr (business systems, infrastructure, support) and Connectoras (integrations, custom software, AI/MCP), and are tested first in the businesses of Kazepi Group.
